1. The #BuildQuik Challenge is organized by QuikDB. It is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with X, Meta, LinkedIn, or any social media platform.
2. No purchase necessary to enter or participate.
3. Open to individuals aged 18+ anywhere in the world. Live finale attendance is Lagos only; virtual participation available.
4. Registration opens May 18, 2026. Submissions close June 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM WAT.
5. Projects must be deployed and running on QuikDB at time of judging.
6. Projects must be original work created during the challenge period (May 25 – June 5). Pre-existing projects are not eligible.
7. One submission per person. Team submissions (max 3 people) share a single prize.
8. Winners are selected by a panel of judges based on the published criteria (usefulness 30%, completeness 25%, technical quality 20%, creativity 15%, presentation 10%).
9. Weekly winners are selected by the QuikDB team based on public #BuildQuik posts and visible progress.
10. Cash prizes are paid in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer within 7 business days of the finale.
11. QuikDB credits are applied directly to the winner's QuikDB account.
12. Judges' decisions are final.
13. QuikDB reserves the right to disqualify submissions that violate these rules, contain offensive content, or are not functional at time of judging.
14. By participating, you grant QuikDB permission to feature your project name, screenshots, and demo video in promotional materials.
15. Void where prohibited by law.
